This four-week program, Active Hope, will explore how to find hope in uncertain times drawing on "The Work that Reconnects," framework created by eco-philosopher Joanna Macy. This framework intersects deep ecology, spirituality, and psychology. Throughout the four weeks, participants will be invited into a space where they can be more reflective while connecting with alternate ways of being in the world.
These evenings will provide opportunities for silence, reflection and thoughtful dialogue to engage individuals in examining the challenges of living in this time in history while moving through four stages: gratitude, honouring our grief, seeing with new eyes, and going forth.
