Prayer is a way in which we journey closer to the heart of God. When we pray we listen, we speak, we respond. The Labyrinth is an ancient resource that has been used in various ways. It has been used to simulate pilgrimage, to slow down, to journey towards the centre of oneself and also to journey towards the centre, which is God. This type of prayer journey can be done both individually and as a community. In this retreat we will utilize the Labyrinth to pray while discovering more about ourselves and about God.
